We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to the service providers that help us operate the App, and only as needed for them to perform their services on our behalf:

If Bloom is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, and afterward only as required to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including your sensitive health information.
